Very clean spotless room.
Huge modern TV
Would have liked a small tea/coffee tray.
As a senior and a dsylexic .
I think I needed a different video about the entrance and key hub issue. A bit slower and very specific...at each step...I think the slide door down needed a lot of strength for me. Which meant that I questioned the line of numbers... eg., numbers align at the middle so there is a row above and below. Just say a disabled vidoe....that starts at the entrance perhaps.

The location was great, easy walking distance from public transport and the central Cardiff area, but also quiet at night. Breakfast was a nice perk and the room was lovely. Easy self check in process. Although the bathrooms are "shared" there are private stalls for toilet/shower so I appreciated that as well. Price was an amazing value. Hosts very responsive over messaging when I had a question. As a solo female traveller security is very important and I felt very safe and comfortable here.
I did pay for breakfast both days but left early and couldn't take advantage of it - not the fault of the B&B but you can book breakfast upon arrival so I would best do that if you have similar plans.

Good location, and grateful that it was available at such short notice. Good clean communal area and kitchen downstairs. The toilet/showers were shared but extremely clean, and there was someone to clean the bathroom as soon as I had come out.
Lack of obvious alternative means of fire escape. Such a property ought to have much better facilities for evacuation, especially when you are near the top.
