Great location Friendly stsff..Clean modern bathroom.
Close to town bells which sounded every 15 minutes through the night. Hotel probably does not have much control over this.

Room was basic but very good for the one night we stayed. If I stayed longer would ask for a canal view. Did not have time for breakfast, but what we saw of others eating looked delicious.

Location, big rooms and beds. Nevio on check in was lovely and had perfect English!
Even though in a popular area it was quiet at night to sleep. Staff on the terrace restaurant were very good.
Needs reinvestment, sheets too small for the bed and it exposed that there was no mattress protector between the sheet and mattress. Sun umbrellas need urgent changing outside and the sun shades in the room all unpleasant to look at, in such a prominent location. Hotel itself was very clean. We didn’t have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. If the reinvestment is complete it would get a 10 from me.
