Absolutely loved this place—the room, the view, the food, and the staff. The view from the room’s veranda is spectacular, and the breakfast area offers the same stunning scenery. You can sit there for hours doing nothing but enjoying the breathtaking panoramic mountain scenery. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient.
The hotel looks very different from the photos in the advertisement. No fancy exterior and definitely no flowers hanging outside every room. 😅
One more thing: the last bus from Grindelwald Station is at 6:44 PM. Miss it, and you’ll be facing a 17-minute uphill walk back to the hotel. 🥲

Location and the view were amazing, the staff were so relaxed and friendly we really felt very much at home, they were very accommodating after I realized I had made a mistake on the booking, it was all fixed up with no fuss or drama

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing from the rooms. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The view from the balcony was great
Extremely basic. I really don’t like it when I have to pay to change my towels or clean the room or get a tea out of the breakfast hour, found it unreasonable. Surely parking and breakfast were not included as well but that’s more common than not to include towels and room clean.
