I love the immediate response to whatever concerns. They are serious about their business. Mohamed and Amayas impresses me so well.

The internet is very fast; hence, work was done easily. One of the employees called Mohamed was particularly very helpful and friendly. Once he noticed I had made a mistake with my booking time, he asked to calm down and think of alternative solutions instead rather than waste some more time. He often would offer me water when I come in very tired. I love it when customer service is proactive. Another employee whose name I can't remember also helped with my TV that wasn't showing because the previous room occupant had tampered with the setting.
There isn't really anything I don't like.

I am very satisfied with the internet service, customer service, as well as the meal served in the morning. I just wish there would be lunch or dinner service.
