Lo céntrico que está del centro de buzios se puede salir del hotel y caminar, el personal siempre muy atento y rico desayunos
El aire acondicionado presentó fallas de goteo y un poco de olor a humedad sin embargo el personal fue muy amable y nos pasaron a una nueva habitación. Muy feliz con esta solución

One of the receptionists was cool
It wasn't quiet at all.
In the first room couldn't open the window.
One of the staff members was not telling the truth regarding no other rooms available when the music from the dance school below prevented sleeping at 22:00. Only after I asked to get the money back and leave he agreed to give another room.
The first day when I arrived they had an overbooking and I had to move to another hotel and paid more for it.
