Staff is very nice and understanding
The receptionist at the Desk at night is very professional and kind and They make you feel at home
Once the room was not very clean, this might have been because I had booked a wrong day

These are lovely apartments with everything you need. Dog friendly rooms on the ground floor have their own entrance which makes it really easy to nip out for walks. Fantastic value and much better than the local hotels

room was quiet
room was reasonably clean
bed was comfy
everything was just fine not good just fine
i wouldn't want to live there!
i didn't get a reciept for the parking(i didn't get one last time either!)
not good when the person behind the counter says 'we'll send it to your email'
