We greatly appreciated George's warm welcome. He was consistently friendly and approachable upon our arrival. Our housekeeper, Blanca, maintained excellent organization and consistently assisted us beyond our expectations. She was exemplary in her service. However, some of the staff at the front desk did not exhibit a welcoming attitude or offer smiles. The only staff member who exceeded expectations was Jorge in the Front desk.
The primary concern regarding the property was the occasional excessive noise, which made it difficult to sleep. It is advisable to prohibit individuals from sitting and consuming beverages in the parking lot or playing loud music.
