We stayed as a family of 4 in this hotel. The staff were very professional, the rooms were spacious and clean, the facilities were lovely. Definitely recommend this place especially to large families as there's a lot to do for the kids.

The staff were great as was the breakfast and the food in the bar. The mattresses were shockingly bad. Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Other members of my group had the same experience. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not good. For a four star hotel it could really do with a bit of tlc, particularly in the communal areas. A real shame, because the staff and food were great.
