Came here on a same day booking on a road trip right after Boxing Day. We wanted to be close to Long Meg standing stones, and really enjoyed having proximity to the morning walk and then coming back to a complete breakfast. Would definitely recommend the excursion, and there were more walks recommended in the hotel information book! Our room overlooked the trash area, otherwise in the distance the surrounds are lovely pastoral and you can enjoy time in the bar and terrace. Note there is no longer a billiards table there. Thank you Edenhall!
