Overall it was ok our shower did not work in our room you did have the answer two day late when you offered me another room with a working shower.The restaurant is over priced as is the bar food does not reflect the succulent menu pretentious apart from your sticky toffee was yummy

Fab room!…… luxury bed and mattress, 2 person jacuzzi bath are what sells the room for us.
Clean room, helpful staff and fab breakfast. Would defo recommend and stay again.

Excellent hotel situated close to centre and with seafront views room was clean and tv was large bathroom spotless breakfast was brilliant and lounge was great staff particularly check in were very helpful

Booked this last minute through Agoda. Std double room (#16 Huskies). Upon entering the room it smelt as though it needed a good airing and had not been occupied for some time. The cleanliness of the room was a little lacking with dusty corners and carpet. The bathroom is very tired, with a loose hot tap, broken tiles on the floor and missing grout and a shower which constantly goes hot and cold. Furniture in the bedroom was water marked and varnish missing on the surface. All in all pretty run down and in need of refurbishment. Certainly not worth the £160 for the room only.
