Close to George Square. Pubs and shopping areas.
Decor is tired. Could do with a refresh.
Could have a fob entry for main door instead of 7 digit code every time you return to building. A heads up that the homeless soup kitchen is next door. The queue goes across main entrance every night.

Amazing location. My service dog loved the terrace.
The shower in the twin ran from freezing cold to roasting hot. My friend said he had to keep jumping out of the stream every ten seconds or so. He also said the bottom of the shower window could do with a better clean.
