Lovely friendly staff in a very pleasant hotel. Comfortable bed with a lovely mattress and great shower with nice toiletries.
The restaurant and bar areas were nicely decorated and the restaurant had a good selection of meals on the menu.
The leisure centre with pool was an added bonus.
The one thing that would have improved it would have been a mini fridge in the room.

Helpful staff, nicely presented hotel and location. Nice showers. Warm pool. Complimentary cookies.
Pool was tiny as were the steam and sauna. No prior warning that own padlocks needed for lockers so belongings remained unlocked. Also had to walk out of changing rooms along corridor to get to the pool.
The food at breakfast was nice but the evening meal was disappointing. The chicken had to be sent back as it still had blood in it and the steak was ridiculously chewy despite being £30.
The room was too hot at night time and would not cool down making it difficult to sleep.
