Staff were friendly and superhelpful - gave us advice on how to get to various sites in Paris. The hotel had its own parking and was well situated for the RER.
Accommodation looks a little tired/well-used, rooms are small. If you are driving, worth noting there is a congestion charge (Crit Air) for the local area even though it's outside Paris - this needs to be arranged in advance of travel.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient
Staff need to be clear about times for breakfast.
We were informed 7-10 by one member of staff and the next morning when we went at 9.15, we were informed they wished to start to clear the breakfast food at 9.30. Alsowe were not informed that on a week day breakfast stopped earlier. So please show / inform visitors re breakfast hours. On the other hand we were allowed to check out a few minutes after 12.

The hotel is located in a calm residential area and not far away from a train stop. The air-conditioner was a big plus. As well as a private parking.
The condition of our room was below average. An additional lock on fenster was broken a shower head was broken and the drain in the shower was clogged. Although a cattle was in the room, cups were absent. No bottled water was provided in the room. A couple of times employees entered into the room without asking a permission when we were in. It was noisy early in the mornings. The pillows were uncomfortable.
