It was a 5 min walk to town and 2 mins from the castle.
The hotel carpark was a 5 min walk from the hotel and it was very small and dingy and once you've parked the car you have to walk up the ramp you drove the car down. Seemed a bit odd to me that this carpark was 5 mins away when there were 3 carparks right next to the hotel. The hotel was very dark with purple painted walls along the corridors. Rooms were spacious but sparse and the mirror at the dressing table was too low. There was also an awful shower curtain over the bath. Bathroom was also very cold. Whole place is in need of moderisation.
