Room was comfortable, receptionist helpful and welcoming.
The hotel looked as though it was shut when we arrived, because it was poorly lit. We had difficulty finding it; our sat nav could not locate it although it could locate the avenue. We think that this is because the address which we had from Booking.com was ‘Brit Essential Hotel’ and the name on the hotel was Brit Hotel. We only found the hotel because we asked someone.

Perfect for a stopover en route. Convenient location, handy fuel. Good easy safe parking, very easy and convenient check-in, nice staff with out of ours auto check-in allowing late arrival. Good size room, shower. Big comfy bed. Clean. Handy carwash next door. Lots of food outlets nearby with facilities in the hotel for drinks, snacks, breakfast. Very good price.
Not necessarily a negative, but busy traffic locally.

Coffee was good as was choice of juices
Staff were very kind.
No fresh baguette. Poor qualify meats. Didn’t consider it value for money.
Very tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. Sad because we use Balladins a lot.
