All the staff was super friendly and helpful!
The shower design in the bathroom is the worst I've ever seen, it has no full curtain or something to prevent water from splashing outside and my baby slipped just as he was leaving the shower cutting his lip open. It was so annoying every time we had to take showers! Our first dinner was just ok. Some locations in the hotel looked old.

Location
The food was not good, 6/12 people in our party got sick. There was no hit water in our room and the water pressure was so low the water would be gone some times. The pool was also very dirty.
