Very welcoming staff, real family feel.
The beach is directly in front of the hotel and huge, although sun beds quite expensive even out of season €10 for 1 bed. I picked the hotel as it offered a sea view balcony which was lovely.
Room was a good size with a big fridge, safe and desk and chair, tv but no English channels but I don’t tend to watch on holiday so not a problem.
15 minute walk to old Rimini which was absolutely lovely.
Breakfast had something for everyone, very mixed selection and lots of it all very fresh including lots of homemade cakes.
The pool wasn’t actually at the hotel, it’s about 100 metres along and is shared by other properties and only has limited opening hours, it’s also surrounded by a high fence so no view which made it rather unattractive.
I booked a double bed for solo use and it was actually two single beds together which was fine and comfy but you did feel the gap.
The walk to Rimini old town was perfect in daylight but not in the dark so if travelling alone be prepared to pay for a taxi home € 15 approximately.

No kettle for a proper brew in the room, but staff happy to provide what you need downstairs.

The location was excellent, and as it was early in the season, not very busy. A bar over the road and excellent bus service. If arriving by train, when you leave the station, there is a ticket kiosk. You need a ticket for the number 2 bus, and the stop is next to the kiosk, and the bus stops outside the hotel. They have E bikes to rent, which are handy as is the laundrette nearby.
I lived in a campervan for 2 years and had as much room as my room here. It was very cramped, but to use as a base, it was ideal.
