Very nice staff, and everything seems clean.
Tiny bathroom with a humidity problem. The shower made the entire floor wet, and it wouldn't dry. But that's nothing I couldn't survive.
It's also a bit noisy (knocking on doors all the time??) but I guess that's more about the guests than the hotel itself.

The location of the hotel is just very close to old Resmo, and port. The rooms are comfy and breakfast has all the options for anyone from any place of the world. Before choosing this place I read some comments but I value my experience. I saw some saying it was not clean etc. However, the hotel needs some restoration that's for sure but it has nothing to do with cleanliness. Doors and some furnitures should be renewed that's all. I liked its location, I liked staff smiling faces, I liked my bed.
My room was just opposite of a sport field and youngs were playing till midnight but it is not a problem for me even if the noise might be disturbing for some.

Service was friendly and check-in easy. The breakfast was good value for money and then location was excellent.
They rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom was difficult to keep dry.

Hotel staff.
Bathrooms needs desperate to be renovated. Such a shame in 2025 in a central hotel in rethymno of 3 stars to have a bathroom in this condition.
The hotel renovated the exterior facades but they did not even replace the filthy old faucets and bathrooms accesories that left in corossion and scream to be replaced.
