Most things were great. Would stay again.
Some of the staff were quite surly. One lady in the breakfast room and one in the spa area were wonderfully cheerful but most staff looked unhappy.

Location.
We were not allowed to use SPA, which was included in our price due to some event. It was not communicated to us or any guests beforehand. We lost our allowed 2 daily hours of SPA because of this.
In the end, manager gave us the smallest refund possible. Considering we were two people, we lost the money we paid to use SPA for 2 hours daily during our 2 day stay here.
Bad management of the location.
