I was shocked from the beauty and the hotel facility (including SPA).
The Staff been very kind, friendly and assist us in all our needs.
The breakfast was fantastic. The SPA was excellent.

Every light fitting was unique and all Murano glass.
Maybe that the curtains in the rooms were always closed and the dark paint colour.

This hotel is gorgeous, it feels like going back in time
The only flaw was a family w young kids next door that started screaming every morning at 6 am. The parents didn’t even try to calm them down, they screamed along. I told the front desk that I came on vacation to relax and that couples shouldn’t be placed next to young children. She didn’t try to find a solution, simply said they are leaving in 2 days. Basically endure the discomfort.
