Schön große Zimmer alles Sauber . Super Frühstück,- und Abendbüffet. Toller Pool und Saunabereich
Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder
Die Parkplatz Situation ist schon ein bisschen eingeschränkt. Aber es lässt sich alles regeln.
Das einzige was uns ein bisschen ärgerlich 😠 gestimmt hat, war das bei einem Bett der Lattenrost defekt war , und wir dies am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption bemängelt haben . Dabei wurde uns zugesagt das sich ein Service Mitarbeiter darum kümmern würde
Was aber nicht geschehen ist und wir deshalb den Rost so gut es ginge selber repariert haben. Dies sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren

Not good information about SPA . Additionally at the beginning the staff didn't give me a room key only a card. I
had to go to reception twice

Personal were friendly and answered all our questions about the surrounding region.
Breakfast was really good with a variety of options.
Check in and check out went very smoothly.
Very standard room, nothing special, very small bathroom (difficult for 2 people to be there at the same time).
Double Bed was actually 2 single beds put next to each other, very uncomfortable for a couple.
Mini bar was actually an empty fridge, not even water inside.
We stayed for 2 nights, no one came to clean the room (one lady came 2 hours before our departure and offered to change the towels!!) Very strange for 4 stars Hotel.
