Good location. Helen at reception went above and beyond. Helping me to carry luggage and giving me detailed advice for my trip. I was checking in alone with my two young daughters and really appreciated her help!

Good sized bedroom.
Good facilities
Meat in restaurant halal but not labelled as such. We do NOT eat halal. We had to ask.
Alternatives for non - muslims should be offered and not just vegetarian options.

Rooms were nice, clean, good tea and coffee facility in the room. Good location to airport and railway.
No water fountain / anywhere to get free water apart from the toilet sink.
