The hotel is extremely convenient, located right in the main city center and within walking distance of many restaurants. It is also just a 3-minute walk to the tourist information centre, which is the pickup point for several tours, very helpful when traveling. We stayed in a family room, and it was a really pleasant experience. The bunk bed was a great touch and worked perfectly for our family, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only downside was that the breakfast menu was the same every day, which can feel a bit repetitive for longer stays. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay in a very convenient location, especially for families.

First of all the hotel is in city centre and close to all major attractions but the reception staff has no idea about them and how to direct tourists there. Other then take a taxi. The family rooms are in the another building to the hotel that as single mom with two small kids i had to push whole luggage myself (of course bo luggage service or any help from hotel staff) to another building and the journey is through long corridor to the tunnel which takes you to abother buildings and on the way for luggage there are small steps between doorways and the lift to tunnel is so small that after you fit the luggage there is no space for anyone else then there is long tunnel to another building and another 2 small lifts which operate only if you input hotel cards so somehow with luggage i had to fit in and then long corridor to family rooms. The staff dont replace even tea unless you ask them. And of course there is no phone so whenever you need something from reception then you either take your kids with you and go through the corridors, 2 lifts and tunnel or leave kids unattended to ask for a tea bag And dont you ever dare to loose the card to your room or leave im your room which happened to me as then you cant use the lifts as lifts only work if you use the card. So without the card when you lock yourself out then you stack on uour corridor in mercy that staff is around as here is major thing there are no stairs!!!!!! There are no even escape stairs available for gusts they are for staff only. And only they direct you frfom the building with family rooms to outside area which is 2 blocks away from reception and breakfast so if you forget your card when going to breakfast and you decide to go for breakfast ( as you normally will do in warm hotel in your hotel slippers and T-shirt) then you will end up 2 blocks away and in winter you find uoirself walking back to hotel in slippers in -20C No mention ridiculous set up of facilities, in a bathroom for example there is a hose with water access to wash your a… after number 2. But here you cant as hose is next to the sink and too short to access the toilet. So not sure if it meant that we supposed to wash our bums in the sink ot the builder who did that was simply as idiot. There are many more ridiculous setups in that hotel, like dirty green smelly and extraordinary cold pool so if you choosing this hotel for the pool then it’s complete waste of money as its way too cold to swim in it, maybe you use it to jump after hot sauna and maybe it explains why pool smells that bad if people sweating after sauna using it but the biggest problem is completely tourism unfriendliness of staff, no knowledge of anything, busses or rutes anything and fact that given its such a long way to reception there is not even a phone to call.

The hotel is super close to the centre. Short walk. Great view over the lake. The hotel is quite basic/dated but sufficient. Breakfast was a great selection. Great restaurants nearby. Only downside, the busses to go out of town e.g. santas village is outside the hotel and you constantly hear them and people waiting, all day. Which is quite disrupting.
