The location and grounds ares stunning, we had a lovely walk round the ruined church and grounds in the morning. Our rooms were cosy and comfortable and breakfast good.

The breakfast had everything you need for a continental breakfast. The buildings and the grounds and the location is stunning. The staff were very helpful.

Interesting location. It was a pity the weather was awful but I can appreciate that it would be stunning on a sunny day.
Our room smelt very strongly of chlorine, obviously from a cleaning product. The restaurant was closed as was the bar which we had not been informed of and the “welcome “ brochure in the room clearly stated that they are open every day. We were asked to leave a credit card number , despite the fact I had paid in full and as it was impossible to order anything to eat or drink and the room was not equipped with a mini bar. When I asked why as there’s nothing to buy, I was told to cover damages. I pointed out that they had insurance for that.
