Hébergement simple mais très confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit-déjeuner est top. La patronne a été très réactive suite aux évènements (route fermée heures, nuit supplémentaire à un prix très avantageux).
La météo (1m. de neige en 24 heures, route fermée) et le fait que Saas Grund ne soit pas associé au Magic Pass.

We loved our stay! Great location by the river and snowy scenery. Spotless room, great beds comfortable mattresses. Variety in breakfast with local delicacies. Bus stop right across the main street was so helpful for our transfers. People are authentic and pure, they made us feel very comfortable and calm. The village is very cute. Love it all the way!

All my positive impression was spoilt by an impolite, harsh and insensitive manager who took the clients as a burden. In the end I was avoiding her (but she was always around at meals and reception) and was scared anytime she wanted to tell me sth. She should definitely learn some diplomatic, client-oriented and friendlier behaviour. What a pity.
