An awful lot of staff, with very little to no training . Bar staff pleasant but untrained.
Restaurant staff, pleasant , paid extra for steaks that were the toughest we have ever had. Breakfast buffet, menu said meat and cheeses. Not at all in 3 days. Ran out of butter , dishes for jams, fried eggs. Had to ask ? In a place this size and having been in the industry over 50 years. No one monitoring the buffet so it is supplied before it runs out. And no butter to be had just flora. Ugh! Easter weekend and supplies not ordered correctly. One waitress clearing tables as she passed empty handed. Others clearing as customers left. Poor training all round . Bar staff not knowing what spirits they have, 15 minutes queuing for. Drink when 6 behind the bar ?

Location perfect
Sauna smelt dirty and fishy
Room in check in but staff to be fair were amazing and moved us to a fabulous room
