The rooms were gorgeous very comfy and cosy. Loved the decor. Staff were really friendly.
Left my cleanser in room. Wasn’t in lost property. I wasn’t given my deposit back on exit.

Quiet location between Harvey Nichols and Harrods. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. My new go to hotel in London!

Fantastic location next to Harrods, lots of restaurants, cafes and tube station.
Staff were extremely friendly. At night the heating system was not functioning properly and they immediately brough us an electric radiator.
Breakfast was nice with hot dishes at your selection. The cold buffet though has room for improvement

Clean, great location, friendly staff
We had room service both evenings, and the food served was completely inconsistent from one night to the next (we ordered the same thing both nights), and it was fairly mediocre both times. I would expect better from a restaurant of that quality.
