Overall the hotel is nice. When we arrived at the reception we were met by an arrogant receptionist called Sharron. She had a face on her all the way through checking in. We already paid for a superior room and then added late checkout and breakfast on arrival. Gave amount and then confirms u paid x amount for the rooms like it makes a difference. Once in our room wifi was not working and the phone to call reception. A nice gentlemen hotel staff came and checked then moved us to another room. Size of the room and bed was good and rooms were clean. Didn’t get nothing for anniversary although they did say as i messages called and wrote on booking. Comfortable pillows and bed. Couldn’t open curtains during the day as the car park was right outside. Requested nice room wanted a view at the back as we stayed 2 nights. Not the best experience. Checkout went smoothly.

I recently stayed at this hotel while getting ready for my wedding, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, giving me plenty of comfort and space on such an important day. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm and professional service made the whole experience even more special. I’m truly grateful for the care they showed, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.

Hotel is beautiful and staff were lovely. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel, in my opinion, looked better than in the photos. The only con is I with the facilities included a spa/gym.
