The bed was very comfortable!
My room was clean and spacious.
There seemed to be a long wait for breakfast food to be replenished. Eggs were over done. The waitress was a bit frazzled, but fair play she was on her own.

The original building is full of character there are two extension we were in the newest we had a spacious room and a good size bathroom the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order and served in the dining room in the original building. The staff were very helpful and friendly
The day to day cleaning was very good but the hotel is a little tired and could maybe do with a bit of tlc and a deep clean in public areas

A large room, with a very small sofa. Bed & room was big, which was nice.
Just overall tiredness & cleanliness of the hotel lets it down.
Cobwebs on windows, Ivy growing inside the building! Our room had a cracked window, with huge crack in it, very dangerous! The bathroom smelt of poor drains, and I had to leave the very dusty extractor fan on for hours to try and clear the smell.
