Spent a night in Tewkesbury on our way to a wedding in the Cotswolds and we were really pleased with our stay here. Simple place, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the staff were helpful.

Beautifully decorated rooms with lots of nice touches eg DAB radio playing classical music when you walked into the room, espresso machine, tea, biscuits and a bottle of water. Large TV, modern bathroom with shower (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and rubber duck included). Large, comfortable bed. Possibly the nicest room I have ever stayed in and less than £*** a night. Located on the High Street in Tewkesbury (shops and market to the front and beautiful outside seating area and river to the rear). We didn’t have breakfast (£15 pp extra so unable to comment). Staff are very friendly and helpful. An absolute gem of a place. Definitely recommend. Each room slightly different in size but all very well furnished. Room *** is large and has 2 windows (handy in the extreme heatwave we currently have although there are also fans in each room).
