the hotel is on the second floor of a good pub like restaurant. we booked a room with a bathtub which overlooks the canal - great view in the morning. breakfast was scrumptious. room is reasonably clean with tea, hot chocolate and cookies. not entirely sure about the instant coffee tho. and you MUST try their restaurant downstairs! amazing food.
