Room was very functional, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value of money. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Cost of rooms very reasonable.
Not much really, very good value of money. Its not the best hotel you will ever stay in, feels like somewhere David Brent or Alan Partridge would have a sales conference at! But for the price, it really is excellent.

It was easy to find, clean and comfortable, great value for money.
Food was good and reasonably priced, great breakfast.
The only disappointing point was paying for the car park when there was no other option and as many people travel to the venue it is an extra cost not highlighted wgen booking

It was in such an ideal location, next to the A14!
The room was huge and very clean for a very affordable price!
The gentleman that served us at the bar was very polite and friendly.
Own self service check in and can create 2 keys which was ideal for us as we needed one to leave the heating on while we were out.
There weren’t many staff around and the outside of the property could do with a lick of paint and decorating as doesn’t do the inside justice!

Reasonably priced (booked last minute). Very comfortable large bed. Very nice, helpful young lady on reception, great staff member at breakfast.
Having to pay £4 for parking when it was not in a city location and not advertised on Booking.com.
Very tired looking bathroom, poor bodge attempts to rectify I.e. Silicon sealant just smeared everywhere. Age old stains in bath, around taps, plug hole etc - Generally grubby. Shower unit looked like it was from the 70’s. By contrast, AC unit was ‘hi-tech’ & unnecessarily complicated to use. Window didn’t open.
Although the gentleman attending at breakfast was wonderful (very friendly and helpful) the breakfast was actually quite poor. Cranberry juice was a cheap squash, not fresh. Beans were not replaced & only a few dry remnants left. ‘Fresh’ fruit in the fridge looked nasty.
