We liked how clean and spotless it was also it's location peaceful and quiet the girl at the reception the following day of our stay I can't remember her name I think it was Sam she was lovely polite smiley type of person what a lovely lady wish she was there on the we Arrived keep up the Good Work Sam šš your Attitude would actually make your guests come back Also the young man in the breakfast Area who went out of his way to warm me beans because the ones in the buffet dried out thank you to him I can't remember his name but he knows who he is well done to him he was very kind and thoughtful ā¤ļø
The welcome we got on the day we arrived just was here's your key 6th floor NO Explanation about where Breakfast was just was told the times Nothing like we have a spa But it's closed at the moment for refurbishment. But the lady Sam made up for all that the next day she seemed more knowledgeable then the young man
We was in room 614 but the heated towel rail wasn't working also we could of done with a hook on bathroom door to hang Yr clothes on there was nowhere to hang Yr clothes tv wasn't working or maybe my husband just couldn't get it to work it could of done with atleast one chair to sit on in room or two had to sit on bed always apart from that the room was spotlessly cleaned my favourite thing was how warm the room was when we arrived was so cosy šā¤ļø I would 100% come back

The receptionist, Azra, was very pleasant and helpful. The staff in dining room and kitchen were extremely considerate and helpful in accommodating my dairy allergy at breakfast time.
The Ć la carte menu was not available, there was a dinner buffet menu which is not always suitable for a person with allergies.

Clean and tidy lobby. Nice reception but a bit cold. Comfortable beds. Clean towels (new). Plenty of plugs in the room. Clean bathroom. Good shower. Nice soap. Parking included in cost. Good value for money. Quiet location. Good quality tea and coffee options in room.
When we checked in about 8.15pm we asked if we could still get food and was told the kitchen is open until 10pm and the bar until 11pm. Went to restaurant about 8.55pm to be told it closed at 8.45pm. Parts of hotel have been refurbished but they have kept some old fixtures and fittings like the doors and the look dated and dirty. Marks on walls, headboard and curtains. Could do with a good clean in areas.
