The room was clean and well laid out. The internet was easy to connect to and functioned well. The television was large and easy to view while lying back on the bed.
The room was a little dark. Their was no ironing board and iron to prepare my clothes for the following morning. The door to the bathroom was left open which gave a slightly unpleasant odour.

Ease of access and location clean room
On arrival was requested to see my passport and driving licence despite checking in online and being told I would receive my door key on arrival for a quicker check in. Extra stress not needed. Room had also been changed after booking without telling me to an unsuitable room not big enough for our guests. Tiny room for 3 sharing with a fragile sofa bed.
