The location is excellent for Gatwick North Terminal. You check out, walk along a corridor and you’re in the terminal, 5 minutes. It’s excellent. We’ve stayed here a few times and loved it every time. The rooms are great and very comfortable with nice big beds and lovely bathrooms. There is a really nice bar which serves great food. Staff are lovely.

location was perfect, most staff were attentive.
one lift kept stating out of order and then worked... noise of dragging chairs was consistent throughout my stay.
meet and greet was a bit of a faff.
