The property was pretty, a nice location and had everything I had wanted for an overnight stay my experience was bad due to one member of staff although this wouldn’t put me off staying again
Reception staff. I had pre messaged to say I would be checking in early an was that ok as I was stopping half way on a long journey back to Germany and had a lot of stuff with me. I had replies saying a long as my room was ready this was no trouble at all. On arrival I explained this to the receptionist he refused to look at my phone to see the messages and said unless I paid £20 I couldn’t check in till 4 so I was left for 2 1/2 hours sat in reception with all my bags: then the manager came in on shift change and I was checked in instantly with no cost an hour before check in.
