Nice old buildings. Very comfortable bed.
Shower in bath would be better to replace with walk in shower.
Room was at top of stairs. Very hot day , door to room was open as were the windows at the front and rear so good cross ventilation.
For reasons unknown however the radiator in the entrance way was on, so room was super hot!
Ate dinner in the restaurant and had affogato for desert. Lovely espresso. Unfortunately at breakfast the coffee was “dishwater filter coffee “. Disappointed

The hotel and restaurant staff were all welcoming, friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and well-provisioned with tea and coffee. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the conservatory were both excellent with a good choice on the menu. The hotel has no traditional bar, but there is a very comfortable guests' lounge and a wide range of drinks can be ordered from Reception.
The hotel is located on a minor road and traffic noise is noticeable with windows open on a warm night, but little can be done about that.

Comfortable clean room, plenty of parking for guests. The Sunday evening meal was excellent and very good value.
The shower was difficult to operate to get a comfortable flow and temperature, we did report this during our stay.
