The hotel was very nice. We good bumped up to a better room by the staff. The facilities were nice overall and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The thing that we didn’t enjoy was a bit of a musty smell in the room. The biggest problem was the smell of chlorine on the inside pool and especially at the “hydromassage” where it was to the point of being hard to breath and burning sensation.

I liked the garden, there were so many trees and a beautiful space
I didnt like that the indoor swimming pool was in another building. For the winter is a problem, because you cant go swimming in the pool then walk outside to go to your room. For the summer its okay. Also it was disturbing the questions from security if we were guest of the hotel, and we were asked to show our hands to show bracelets of hotel. They should find another ways to verify. Wifi was poor. Maintenance was very good. Staff was very friendly. Food was really good. Also in the package “ All inclusive” weren’t included benefits like: Turkish Hamam, Spa, and in many other hotels these benefits are included in All Inclusive packages.

Nice heated pool, food was very good, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay exceptional.
Possibly the noisiest hotel room ive ever stayed in, right on the main stairwell. Asked to move but the only thing they could offer was a £500 upgrade. Didnt help that the balcony was directly over smokers alley. Kind of tainted our trip which was a shame as generally a nice hotel.
