Relatively cheap, close to city center
The owner was not responsive, warned about accepting payments only in cache only last minute in the day of check in, causing us inconvenience and when I asked if we can pay a part now and the rest later, he was rude demanding the whole amount in an hour like some gangster.
The place is really dark, and hot water didn’t work on one night.
WiFi was not stable.
They don’t replace the toilet paper for you unless you catch the cleaning person and ask them.

Communication from the departure, with precise instructions how to get there. Parking place was ready and waiting. All was as described. Location is superb, downtown, close to the main street, hotel Moskva, Balkan etc.. all within walking distance.
