A comfortable night, good breakfast and convenient location in New Belgrade and close to the airport highway. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Everything clean and functioning well, even if lacking in character - think sparse, modern and functional rather than charming, characterful and chic. The staff were OK, but didn't really go out of their way to help. I booked an airport pickup from the hotel, but it didn't turn up. Overall, the IN Hotel suited my needs and expectations. A good place to stay while travelling on business in New Belgrade. I would definitely go again if I was in New Belgrade on a work trip, but maybe would look for something with more character and leisure facilities if I were on holiday, or if my business was in Old Belgrade.
