We had an excellent stay at Nikolas Apartments. The manager is very kind and welcoming, always available to help. The place is convenient and pleasant, with a pool on site and the sea just a 5‑minute walk away. In the evening, there is entertainment, which creates a lively and friendly atmosphere. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy a variety of options. A great choice for a relaxing vacation while still enjoying a vibrant atmosphere.

This apart hotel is excellent! Eva and her staff are the friendliest people and great with our young children, providing us with safe beds and toys to play with at the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family and everything and had everything we expected and more. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area private and and a great place to relax. The location was also very nice - close to the beach and to multiple playgrounds. Everyone was so friendly and we just had the best time. We definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay of two weeks very much and felt at home. Appartment was very clean. Will surely stay again next time. Also recommended for families with children. Easy access to beach, city, airport both by car / public transport. Many restaurants and small shops available nearby. Car parking available.

Loved the location. Close to everything in the area, close to the beach, the bus into Heraklion town goes often and it’s super close to the apartment and easy to use. The owners were so lovely and helpful. They gave us some fresh homegrown grapes one morning which was so nice. Our room was the perfect size for us and our little family. WiFi worked well, pool area was great.
Our bathroom could probably do with a renovation at some point. But it was absolutely fine.
