Everything about the hotel is exceptional, making it a must-stay if you’re in Agios Nikolaos. The staff is amazing, and the general manager of the restaurant is a truly unique lady who made our stay unforgettable. The rooms are well-suited for couples, especially considering the open bathroom, so if you are travelling with a friend be prepared.
The guests are hastily reserving sunbeds on the 5th floor at 7:00-8:00 AM. with towels. Moreover, if you rise at approximately 9:30-10:00 AM and take a leisurely breakfast of thirty minutes, you will find yourself in a precarious situation to sit on the floor. In that case the beach and the 9th floor pool are better options.

Beautiful clean room. We had an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool. The breakfast is amazing and the setting even better with stunning views. The pool is fabulous and the sunbeds by the beach very comfortable.
Only a tiny little detail, but there is a slight lack of hooks in the room to hang up towels and bath ropes.

The only positives were the good location and the friendly, helpful staff.
We stayed for two nights and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. We expected much more from a 5-star property. We booked a room with a plunge pool, but it’s more like a tub with glass walls, fully visible from the main pool area — there’s no privacy at all. Even inside the room, privacy is lacking unless you keep the curtains closed at all times. The shower has no doors, so the entire bathroom gets wet after each use.
The main pool is not heated, so the water is quite cold. The biggest issue, however, is the serious lack of sun loungers around the pool. Guests start reserving them as early as 6 AM by placing towels on them, and by 10 AM, it’s impossible to find a free spot — even though only a couple of people are actually using them.
Breakfast is very average. The selection is limited, and the food lacks flavor. It’s far below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel and definitely overpriced for what’s offered.
