Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas. El acceso al edificio 2 es complicado, atravesando las piscinas, etc...quizás un acceso directo estaría bien

La habilidad de cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel .

This is our second time staying here, because we were so happy last time. The value for money is excellent, and the quality of the food is great for a hotel of this category, way above the standard! What really stands out about this hotel is the staff - they are truly excellent and they go above and beyond to resolve any request with maximum attention and flexibility and professionalism. Rarely have I ever seen staff of this quality in a 4-star hotel.

There are only small things - bear in mind the hotel has two parts - a new one and the older one, which has slightly older facilities. We were in the older one this time and didn't love it as much as last time (when we were in the new one). The shower is a bit older, and the noise insulation from the hallway wasn't great and was waking us up, something to improve. Also, the online reservation system that you pay the booking price via still didn't improve - it's an automated system that still sends you erroneous requests when you've already paid and sends you to an automated system anytime you want to reach someone. This is something that really needs to change as it's annoying and it doesn't do justice to the otherwise great hotel this is. Otherwise, a great stay!

Había reservado una habitación superior con cama 180 y sofá cama y me dijeron que se habían acabado y me dieron una con dos camas. Que para una familia con dos hijos ya adultos, hemos dormido muy apretados. Dijeron en recepción que se habían acabado, si haces una reserva con tiempo se debe mantener este tipo de habitación.
