the hotel location was perfect, the beach was nice and clean.
The entertainment was amazing, everyday was themed differently and had spectacular shows.
Food was diverse and could accommodate dietary requirements.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The daily cleaner came and made the bed, but we didn’t have the sheets changed the whole 7 days we stayed.
We had to change the rooms 2 times. The first one had a strong smell of mold and the second one was unclean.

Spacious and landscaped territory, almost wild and wide beach. A great choice of dishes for every meal. Kids playgrounds for those who travel as a big family. Several pools including the quiet one just in front of the sea with a beautiful view and no music at all. Very nice and friendly cleaning personnel who entertained our kid with towels sculptures.
Honestly speaking, my first impression of the hotel was completely spoilt by the room we were given. It looked like still under construction or a real basement. There was only one bedside table placed nearby the fridge with a broken drawer. The room was so tiny even to fit 1 big adults bed and small baby bed. When baby bed was put in there the wardrobe doors couldn’t be opened, so we spent a while before we could find a good place for it so that we could use other furniture. Wallpapers were peeled off, bedside lamps were hanged unevenly. Air conditioner surface was covered with a huge layer of the dust. Windows were dirty and also very dusty. We went to the reception desk asking for a room change but the girl told us to come only next day because the client manager was out of the service at about 3 p.m. Of course, we didn’t return because it would be a real headache to come tomorrow again and pick up all the stuff again to remove to another room. That room was exactly not the thing we had paid for. I read comments over there and found out that many people complaint about the cleaning inside rooms. I just want to underline that the room we lived in requires general cleaning and after that the same level of cleanness can be sustained. Besides the personnel is doing his best to clean out the rooms with only mops. Why don’t you buy vacuum cleaners for them? It is impossible to clean out the sand and the dust with the mop only. And if you could improve the taps with the water at the entrance of the beach so that they could wash away all the sand with a strong water pressure that would also improve the level of purity. Right now the taps nearby the beach have very low water pressure and cannot wash out all the sand from the legs and slippers. Speaking of 5 star hotel, we didn’t find slippers and bathrobes in our room as well as a landline phone to be connected to the socket. And the sink was being clogged until we asked it to be repaired.

We liked food, hotel beach, pools, kids playground, spa. Animation team was very engaged with our kid. Cleaning lady did a great job. Bar and restaurant staff were pleasant.
All managers are on the ball and english speaking.
Horrible Wi-Fi ( little bit better in and around common areas but altogether horrible)
First 5 days out of 15 AC didn’t work properly ( sorted only after second visit to reception and speaking with manager, changed our room with a complementary bottle of wine)
All in all very poor english even at reception ( I am no english teacher that for sure but that was poor)
Reception staff pretty much useless ( at least if you approach them in english)
Hotel rooms are in dear need of renovations and updating.
