Hotel Wivien

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione dell hotel,la gentilezza dello staff in particolare Alessandro il ragazzo che ci ha servito e consigliato degli ottimi aperitivi. Anche la camera era speciale perché era vista mare .

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 8 del mattino per fare il check out nonostante avessimo esigenza per andare via prima .

Confort de l'hôtel et de la chambre. Service (bar, petit-déjeuner). Emplacement (proximité de la plage, quartier calme).

Upon arrival, we were asked to park our car somewhere else, about 300 meters from the hotel, otherwise we would have to pay 8 euros per day if we wanted to park at the hotel, even though we had booked free private parking available at the hotel on the booking website. Worse still, on Maeba Beach, the staff pointed out chairs for us to use in the middle, which was far from the sea. Otherwise, we had to pay an extra 10 euros per chair if we wanted chairs facing the sea. When we asked why, they said they were all occupied, while almost the entire beach was empty. We found this very strange, unusual, and antisocial.Upon checkout, we had to pay an additional 42 euros in taxes, even though this was clearly stated during booking; the price Includes taxes and charges.
