Location was outstanding, room was comfortable, housekeeping team excellent!

Breakfast was chaotic, terrible crowds.

An exceptional stay in a truly prime central location perfectly situated and ideal for exploring the area in comfort and style.

Upon arrival, I experienced a minor inconvenience as my initial room was affected by noise from a nearby pub. However, the following day I spoke with reception, and Marie Lisa handled the situation with outstanding professionalism and warmth. She graciously upgraded me to a beautiful, and impeccably quiet room, which elevated my entire experience.

The front desk person was lovely. Very personable. Everyone was super helpful from how to reach valet, to assistance with luggage to help with both making reservations to cancelling reservations. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Appreciated the usb outlet next to the bed. And the windows had shutters to keep all light out, which was fantastic. The location is beyond amazing, so close to the Duomo. The garden room my kids had was fantastic. It was cold and wet so we did not get to use this feature but another time of year it would be great. It's so big it could use additional seating arrangements in addition to the bistro table and chairs.

We also had the room type with Duomo view. The room was small. And the view was a partial view that you can't see from your bed but could see standing up. The parking out front was treacherous. Must be patient. And the check in line isn't a line. It's a hodge podge of people converging. I would recommend setting up a roped queue during busy times. My family came to look for me at one point because I took so long to check in as I had three ppl cut in front of me and no respect for who had waited longest because there was no queue.
