Nice room - clean and comfortable! The most amazing breakfast! Not only all the chocolaty things (4 fountains, cakes, freshly made pancakes and waffles,and biggest Nutella I’ve seen) but lots of fruits, real juices, loveliest sandwiches, omelettes - everything you could dream about.
No view from my room (facing a huge building on the back if the hotel), placedat a busy street to Perugia centro - convenient if by car - not so much without!

It’s a fantastic hotel with the theme of chocolates that impresses us remarkably. Chocolates are exhibited and offered everywhere, which arouses our great interest, especially its amazing breakfast which we enjoyed very much. Furthermore, its location is perfect for us to tour around Perugia and its nearby areas like Assisi and Spello, because of its proximity to the train station and bus stops. Therefore, it’s highly recommended for tourists visiting the great area of Perugia.

If you book a room here for the breakfast you will not be disappointed! It is fabulous, varied and super delicious with a never-ending selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-stocked with the basics.
Rooms are a bit spartan and seem outdated and the bed was very stiff
