This has to be the worst experience for me in terms of staying at hotels in Rome, first off, the ridiculous city tax per night of 7 euros per person , per night is outrageous, literally it should be applied already when purchasing the room. Now here we go to the real problems, n.1 we arrived on August 14th, first night was annoying, tv wasn't working, secondly the air conditioner wasn't admitting cold air so our room was hot, we had someone came in to "fix it" and ended up not working still through out our stay. Secondly, there was an ant infestation, we woke up with the pizza box full of ants, and mind you it was on the trash which means the ants were probably already in the room by the time we arrived. We had a lady spray bug sprat around the room but throughout our stay we kept seeing them on the floor, in the bathroom etc.). This will sound absurd what I'm going to say but our towels weren't replaced, they were just folded nicely and I know because there was still a stain from the night before, and when I'm writing to them they said you need to ask them to change the towels....LIKE WHAT?!?! I never heard such thing that a hotel needs the guest to say to them " I want my towels replaced". And the shampoo and body wash wasn't very moisturizing, dried out my skin and hair, do not reccomend using. Overall I'm frankly disappointed with the service and room, I'm hoping to at least getting a 50% refund because this wasn't worth the 400 euros for 3 nights, it wasn't at all, do not come here, listen to the reviews! (Update, I actually got no response after I told them to stop bs'ing about them giving me a change of room when literally other reviewers said they refused to give them one, and accused me of lying for the ant infestation ect., once again, do not come here!)

The overall stay was great. It's a modern hotel with good facilities and accommodations. And the staff is very kind and helping.
Our room was cleaned daily and smelled fresh, the only bad thing about it is the AC sound which loud.
The swimming pool is clean and nice too.
The breakfast was okey nothing more.
Anyway, If you're looking to spend some time in the hotel during your vacation this hotel is good. However, it's a bit far from the city centre, you'd have to take the bus then the metro to get there. It's not very troubling when heading to the city because there's a bus stop very close to the hotel(ask at the reception for explanation) . But when coming back (at night) you have to be careful not to miss your bus or the metro, always check the hours online.
