Comfortable mattress and pillows, much to my surprise honestly. Staff were friendly and helpful and the decorated Pompeii rooms are super fun!
I would have liked better instructions for how to find the place and get in. Google maps wanted us to go in a seemingly non-existent back entrance.

The hotel is in an excellent location, it was very clean, and rooms matched what was shown in the photos.
The entrance to the hotel was quite confusing and the facade of the building where you enter looked a bit unsettling. The reception is located on the 3rd or 4th floor, and the elevator is very small, which made it inconvenient to go up and down with luggage, especially at the beginning when you don’t know where your room will be.

The ataff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was within an enclave, and the enclave was loctaed on a narrow road in the historical old town. The eating places were not satisfactory. Informations were not given
