Location excellent. Facilities excellent.
Two issues. Raised with staff. Not an empathetic response. The air control fan is very loud and kept us up most of the night. Calls to front desk didn’t yield any help. Zurich has ac restrictions so their solution was the fans but they were very loud. Our room only had two bath towels. We asked the attendant in the hall for hand towels and after telling us she was delivering requested towels she couldn’t give us them from a huge supply of towels in her cart. She ran my sister’s foot over with the cart, felt badly and gave us the two towels. No bath mat or face cloths. The bathroom is so dark it is difficult to see.
The location and the facilities are great but for 400+ suisse francs per night it is difficult to say it is a good value.
